Refund Terms

UPB GROUP entertains requests for refunds only in cases of proven defects in product, damage during transit, or service issues. To make a request, customers should contact UPB GROUP via rksingh74904@gmail.com or call 8252701430 within 10 days of delivery or service completion with the invoices, order information, and supporting evidence to establish the alleged defects, damages, or deficiencies.

UPB GROUP may accept or reject a request for refund at its sole discretion. If UPB GROUP approves the refund request, refunds will be processed within the timeline communicated by UPB GROUP. Any concerns or disputes will be handled directly between UPB GROUP and the customer.
